Following is some projects’ introduction which will be promoted in the conference. Total projects will be up to fifty.
Ningbo Airport Logistics Center, one of the seven logistics parks in the Development Plan of Ningbo Modern Logistics Industry, is situated west to Ningbo Lishe Airport, linking Wangchun Industrial Park in the north and Minzhou Industrial Park in the south. It has an easy and convenient access to the surrounding transportation networks.
Progress of the Project; The preparatory work has been under way, and project plan has been approved.
The project mainly provides international aviation logistics service and goods distribution service for commerce and industry in the south of Ningbo city, and has bonded function as well. It covers a planned area of 1,334,000 sq. meters. The total investment will be 1.5 billion RMB.
Ningbo Communications Investment & Development Company, the investor of the project, founded in May 1993 with a registered capital of 0.32 billion RMB, mainly deals with investment, management of transportation facilities such as roads, bridges, airport, port, etc. Its total assets reach 4.8 billion RMB up to the end of 2003.Cooperation Mechanics; Joint venture, domestic funds. Aviation companies, airplane contracting companies, agent of aviation goods, logistics companies, companies dealing with the manufacturing and interflow of hi-tech products, etc.—all are welcome to invest in the project.
